MyAccount - managing your UCL password

Reset your password anywhere, anytime.
Possible delays in the password reset process
Over the next few weeks due to the new intake of students at UCL you may experience some small delays in the password reset process in MyAccount.
We will be monitoring this but would like to apologise for any inconvenience you may experience.
IMPORTANT: If you are a Desktop@UCL laptop user you will need to follow these additional steps to synchronise your new password with your laptop.

If this is your first visit to this site, you need to register your mobile phone number and/or your personal email. This is for password self-service management.

Register your mobile phone number and/or personal email address now. This enables you to reset your password anywhere, anytime.

You only need to do this once, though you can amend these anytime should you need to (e.g., you change your phone number or email).

If you have problems with or questions about the MyAccount service, try some of the answers on the FAQ page.

Please remember that nobody at UCL will ask you for your password.
