MyAccount - managing your UCL password

You'll need to set up your recovery options – your mobile phone number and/or personal email address – for password self-service. This one-time setup lets you reset your password anywhere, anytime – no need to contact IT support.

We strongly recommend registering both your phone number AND a personal email address. This gives you a backup option if you don't have access to your phone when you need to reset your password.
